It's kind of like a revisited piece, Bourdo, Big D and Axl going back to the original big trip spot.  NWD 2 featured a segment with Cowan, Schwartz and Robbie discovering the landscapes of Morocco and the culture of Marakech complete with performing plaza monkeys and snake charming hustlers. Once again Marakech was the meeting point for the crew with some interesting changes in the line up. Ben Boyko and Fabien Barel would be joining Robbie in a pretty well rounded freeride dream team.

The idea was for Axl and Fabien to head north to Agadir and scout some potential big, fast lines for Fabien while the rest of the crew  worked in around Marakech.

Axl and Fabien returned from Agadir pretty quickly as things there didn't seem to be panning out. Fabien joined Robbie in some urban assault Marakech style. Mountain goat gut Axl actually got sick after all these years trying to blame it on photographer Yorrick Carroux who showed up from Europe still battling a case of pneumonia. Should make for an interesting second week. Check back on the site as we'll update the boys progress and see what Boyko had been up to in the mean time.
